| The Whistler The Whistler is a one-of-a-kind home plan in that it requires a relatively wide, flat lot to be acccomodated. The original design was built on a lot 77FT wide by 82FT deep. It is a master-on-the-main plan with a wonderfully large great room that encompasses living space, kitchen and nook within spacious boundaries. The master bedroom is large at 17x15FT and comes with our 'signature' Gertz master bath with full tiled shower and bath surrounds and a 'his' and 'her' shared master closet space. Just across the hall is the laundry and a powder bath both easily accessible from the hall extending between the garage entry and great room. The entry foyer to the home is wide and inviting, the staircase descending from one side opposite a large den.
